The Fine Financial Review

A structured process that starts with listening and ends with a coordinated plan. Four steps. No surprises.

01
Listen

We start with your full picture.

The first conversation is about you, not about us. No forms, no questionnaires, no product pitches. We want to understand your business, your family, your obligations, your ambitions, and what keeps you up at night.

We believe recommendations should come after understanding the full picture, not before. We take the time to listen because the right plan starts with the right questions.

What to expect

  • A 45-60 minute conversation, in person or by phone
  • Discussion about your goals, concerns, and current situation
  • No paperwork required upfront - just come ready to talk
  • If you have existing statements or policies, bring them - but it's not required
02
Assess

We review everything you have in place.

After our initial conversation, we conduct a comprehensive review of your current financial picture. Policies, accounts, plans, coverage, gaps. Where are you covered? Where are you exposed? What's working and what's just sitting there?

This isn't a sales exercise. We're looking at what you already have with fresh eyes. If something is working well, we'll tell you. If there's a gap or a redundancy, we'll identify it. The goal is a clear, honest picture of where things stand.

What gets reviewed

  • Life, disability, and long-term care coverage
  • Business insurance and key-person protection
  • Investment accounts, allocations, and performance
  • Retirement plans, 401(k) structure, and savings rate
  • Estate documents, beneficiary designations, and ownership structure
  • Tax situation and income strategy
03
Recommend

You get a clear, written plan.

Not a 60-page binder. A focused set of recommendations you can actually act on, explained in plain language. Every recommendation comes with context: what it does, why we're suggesting it, and what happens if you do nothing.

We present the plan in person and walk through each recommendation together. You'll have time to ask questions, push back, and make sure you understand everything before making any decisions. Nothing moves forward until you're ready.

What the deliverable looks like

  • A written summary of findings across all three pillars
  • Specific, prioritized recommendations with clear rationale
  • Plain-language explanation of every product or strategy involved
  • An action plan with concrete next steps

Stay Engaged

Plans only work if they evolve.

Financial planning isn't a one-time event. Your business changes, your family grows, tax laws shift, markets move. We stay close and make sure your plan stays current.

Quarterly check-ins, proactive updates when something changes that affects your plan, and a standing invitation to call when something comes up. We don't wait for annual reviews to address things that need attention now.

Ongoing relationship structure

  • Quarterly check-ins to review progress and adjust as needed
  • Proactive outreach when tax laws, markets, or life events require attention
  • Direct access to your team - not a call center
  • Annual comprehensive review of your full financial picture

What to expect from the Financial Review

  • Complimentary - no cost for the initial review
  • No obligation - you decide what happens next
  • No pressure - we don't pitch during the review
  • Confidential - your information stays between us
  • Comprehensive - we look across all three pillars

Am I On Track?

No pitch. No pressure. Start with a conversation about where you stand and what a coordinated plan could look like.
